Publication policy

Corrections policy

How factual errors, changed requirements, recalls, clarifications, and article updates are handled.

Correct the record

When a material factual error is confirmed, we correct it promptly and add a dated note explaining the meaningful change. Minor spelling, formatting, or link repairs may be fixed without a formal note.

Changing laws and guidance

State laws, federal guidance, recalls, tax programs, insurance forms, product features, and prices change. We update a guide when a change materially affects the reader’s decision and keep its verification date visible.

Request a correction

Send the article URL, exact statement, jurisdiction, reason it is inaccurate, and supporting evidence to support@nationaldriversguide.com.
